FOLLOWING A WIDELY SUCCESSFUL DEBUT, SAN ANTONIO WELCOMES BACK EDM DRIVE-IN FOR A SECOND EDITION OVER HALLOWEEN.
EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE FREEMAN COLISEUM GROUNDS FOR TWO NIGHTS OF HEAVY HITTING MUSIC, SURPRISES AND COVID-SAFE THRILLING ATTRACTIONS.

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS, USA – The Electric-Fiesta team, creators of the successful social distanced EDM Drive-In, have announced EDM Drive-in Volume 2 returns on Friday, October 30, and Saturday, October 31, 2020 at the Freeman Coliseum Lot 1 and adjacent grounds.
In June, San Antonio warmly welcomed dance music fans from across the country for one of North America’s first drive-in socially distanced events. Bringing fans closer to the music, the event was widely well-received by local officials and fans due to its strict socially distant guidelines and protocols that were put in place.

From attendees, staff, artists, agents, our internal team and even strangers, all thanking me and the team for putting together an actual event. They hadn’t been to a live event in months and missed it so much. This year’s experience will incorporate a brand-new immersive Halloween theme. It all begins with a haunted drive-in tunnel filled with dense fog and lighting FX. Beware as ghoulish characters emerge from the fog to trick you or perhaps offer a treat.
Paranormal activity has been discovered at the return of the world’s first drive-thru step n repeat. Fans will drive through and get their photo taken to be shared on social media following the festival. By popular demand, the return of the local drive-thru DJ stage. Locals will have the chance to DJ at the festival with a DJ contest to be announced closer to the event.
There will be a brand-new costume contest for humans and their cars. Your chance to be highlighted on the massive led screens and prizes for best in class. Expect massive lasers, themed performers, stilt walkers, fire breathers, and fireworks.
